Chat Sessions and Messaging

Chat sessions are durable conversation containers. Create a session with a workspace or Org context, then read or update it through its session id.

Messages are stored as structured parts. Keep message ids stable when synchronizing from another system.

For collaboration conversations, use the IM endpoints. Membership changes are tenant-scoped and should be audited by the calling application.
