Once you have documents, tables, artifacts, files, agents, and chats, use these tools to keep the workspace manageable.

Day-to-day organization

Use folders for hierarchy, tags for cross-cutting classification, and pins for the small set of resources everyone should find quickly. Archive a workspace when an entire project is inactive; archive does not replace trash, and it is not a substitute for private-resource access control.

Organization admins also have organization-level settings for workspace creation policy, AI controls, billing, and model access.
