Search helps you find workspace knowledge across documents, tables, files, and Artifacts. Use regular search to locate resources quickly and Deep Search when you need an answer assembled from several sources.
Use regular search
Open Search from the workspace.
Enter a title, phrase, person, project, or topic.
Use filters to narrow the resource type or workspace when available.
Open a result to review the source in context.
Use Deep Search
Choose Deep Search for questions that require comparison or synthesis, such as “What decisions changed the launch date?” or “Summarize the customer concerns across these research notes.” Deep Search expands the question, finds relevant sources, and produces an answer with source references.
What can be found
Document titles and content.
Table titles, columns, and indexed cell content.
Text extracted from supported files.
Artifact titles and searchable text.
Related resources that improve the result when connected knowledge is enabled.
Access to results
Search follows your Dokki access. A result does not make a private resource available. If a source is restricted, request access from its owner or workspace admin.
Improve your search
Use a distinctive title, customer name, or project phrase.
For Deep Search, ask one clear question and include the time period or scope.
If results are too broad, filter by workspace or resource type.
Recently added or imported content may take a short time to appear.
