Every agent starts as a preset you install, then tailor to how you work.
Installing from Blueprints
Open Blueprints from the Agents area.
Browse the blueprints. Each one lists its capabilities (what it can do — search the web, read your workspace, edit documents, build tables and charts, and more), its instructions, and any included skills.
Click Install, give the agent a name, choose its home workspace, and connect anything it needs. Some tools just take an API key; others connect later by signing in.
Only workspace admins can install agents. Ready-made presets include Research Analyst, Technical Writer, Knowledge Curator, Data Analyst, Project Coordinator, Meeting Scribe, and an SEO agent — each a sensible starting point you can reshape.
Settings
Open an installed agent and go to Settings to adjust:
Name and description
Model — pick one, or leave it on the workspace default
Instructions — the standing brief that shapes how the agent works and what it focuses on
Max steps per run — how much work it's allowed to do in a single run
Agent memory — whether it remembers things between runs (see Memory, skills & connections)
Use workspace skills — also load the workspace's pinned skills on top of the agent's own
Uninstalling
Uninstall from the agent's panel. It removes the agent along with its memory, skill list, and connections — but its run history is kept, so you don't lose the record of what it did.
