Use a Document for notes, plans, briefs, decisions, guides, and other knowledge that benefits from rich formatting and collaborative editing.
Create and edit a document
Choose Create → Document in a workspace.
Give the document a clear title before sharing it.
Type
/to insert headings, lists, media, tables of contents, and other blocks.Use comments and live collaboration when several people are working on the same content.
Link related Dokki resources
Add links or embeds for related documents, tables, files, and Artifacts. Structured resource references keep the connection recognizable even when people reach the document from another part of the workspace.
Use Referenced by
When another Dokki resource refers to the current document, the document can show a Referenced by section. Open an entry to move to the related resource. Entries follow normal access rules, so you will not see a private resource you cannot open.
Work with AI
Ask Copilot or Dokki Agent to summarize, rewrite, translate, or update the document. State what should change and whether the result should replace text, add a new section, or remain only in the conversation.
Share or publish
Share the document with workspace members for collaboration. Publish it when it should become part of a public site. A published page remains on its last published version until you choose to update it.
If something looks wrong
Refresh before repeating an edit if the connection was interrupted.
Check your role if editing or sharing controls are unavailable.
Use version history when you need to review or restore an earlier document state.
