Knowledge Graph

Knowledge Graph helps an organization discover how people, companies, projects, topics, and resources are connected. It is useful when the answer depends on relationships rather than a single matching phrase.

When to use it

  • Find resources related to a customer, project, or concept.

  • Understand how two people, organizations, or topics are connected.

  • Improve search when several resources discuss the same subject in different words.

Enable Knowledge Graph

Knowledge Graph is included with Business Standard and Business Max. It is off until an organization owner or admin enables it:

  1. Switch to the organization.

  2. Open Org settings.

  3. Under Extensions, turn on Knowledge Graph.

If the organization is not on an eligible plan, Dokki rejects the change and shows the required upgrade. Knowledge Graph works with organization workspaces; personal workspaces are not included.

Ask relationship questions

Use Search, Copilot, or a supported connected client to ask questions such as “What is related to Project Atlas?” or “How is Company A connected to this launch?” Open the cited resources to confirm the relationship in its original context.

Access and visibility

Being in an organization does not automatically give someone access to every workspace. Search results and resource links still follow workspace and resource permissions.

Keep expectations realistic

  • Connections improve as more relevant workspace content is added and updated.

  • A suggested relationship is a discovery aid, not a replacement for checking the source.

  • If a resource is missing, confirm that it is in an included organization workspace and that you can open it.
