Start a conversation
Open a direct message, group conversation, or workspace channel. New messages appear through realtime updates, while optimistic sends reconcile with the stored thread.
Work inside a thread
Use a thread to keep decisions, follow-up questions, and the resulting agent work together. Replies remain attached to the conversation that created the work.
Agent participation
Agents can respond in direct messages. In group conversations, routing can use an @mention, a selected agent, or a human-in-the-loop reply. The completed run posts back into the same thread.
Workspace channels
Workspace channels are shared spaces for the active tenant. MCP clients can post through the permitted conversation path, and standard workspace access still applies.
