Every path into Dokki starts with your email. There is one entry point — not separate "log in" and "sign up" forms — and Dokki figures out the rest from there.
Enter your email
On the sign-in page, continue with Google, or type your email and select Continue. What you see next depends on your account:
New here — you'll create an account.
Registered with Google — you'll continue with Google.
Registered but not confirmed yet — you'll be pointed back to your email.
Confirmed but no password yet — you'll sign in with a one-time code.
Confirmed with a password — you'll enter your password.
Create an account
If your email is new, choose a username and a password, then select Sign up. Dokki sends a confirmation email and shows a "Check your email to confirm" screen.
Open the email and select Confirm email to finish. This quick extra step confirms a real person opened the link, so an automatic email scanner can't use it up before you do. Once confirmed, you land in your workspace.
Can't find the email, or the button won't open? Every Dokki email also includes a 6-digit code — enter it on the sign-in page instead. You can also copy the link and open it in your own browser.
Log in
When your email is already registered, Dokki picks the right method for you:
Password — enter it and select Log in. Forgot it? Use Forgot your password? to set a new one. Prefer not to type it? Select Use a code instead to sign in with an emailed code.
One-time code — if you've never set a password (common if you were invited and set things up only part way), Dokki emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in, then add a password later from account settings if you want one.
Google — if you registered with Google, continue with Google.
Accept an invitation
When a teammate adds you to their workspace, you'll get a "Someone saved you a seat" email. Select Take my seat (or enter the 6-digit code) and confirm you're a real person.
You'll then finish setting up your account: the screen shows who invited you, which workspace, and the access level you'll join with. Choose a password and select Set password & continue — you go straight into the workspace you were invited to.
If a link has expired
Confirmation and invitation links are single-use and time-limited. If yours has expired or was already used, you'll see a page that explains what happened and offers two ways forward: set a new password, or go back to the sign-in page and continue with a fresh code. Nothing is lost — your account and content are still there.
