Notifications collect the items that need your attention across Dokki.
What appears in notifications
Notifications can include mentions, invitations, agent runs, agent attention flags, automation updates, access requests, and system messages.
Access requests
When someone requests access to a private resource, approvers can approve or deny from the notification center. Approval grants a direct resource role so the requester can open the resource.
Agent attention
Agents can flag a resource when a human should review something. These items also appear in the Home reminder panel until dismissed or handled.
Managing notifications
Open the notification center from the top bar. You can mark a notification read, mark all as read, or clear old read notifications.
Good practice
Use notifications as an operational inbox, not long-term storage. Once a decision is made, capture the outcome in the relevant document, table, chat, or task resource.
