Organization AI controls apply the model and usage capabilities provided by the Business plan or Enterprise contract and each member's assigned license.
Allowed models
When model governance is included, authorized organization administrators can choose which models are allowed. If the allowlist is empty or unset, all globally enabled models remain available subject to the member's license. If a subset is saved, only those models can be used in organization workspaces and organization-scoped agents.
The model picker reads the live model catalog, so model names and availability can change without a documentation update. Use the organization AI models screen as the source of truth for the current catalog.
Spending limits
When usage controls are included, the organization can set the default and member-specific limits exposed by Usage & limits. A missing limit does not bypass the member license, included allowance, available Extra Usage, or other server-side limits.
Usage review
The Usage & limits view separates included member-plan usage from organization-funded Extra Usage. Use the view itself for the current reporting window and the controls available to the signed-in role.
Shared balance and fallback
Eligible organizations can maintain an Extra Usage balance for usage beyond included member allowances. Billing reports those additional debits separately; it does not describe every member's included allowance as a shared organization credit pool.
Audit
Audit is available only when it is included in an active Enterprise contract. Authorized administrators can use it to review organization-scoped activity; personal activity remains outside the organization audit boundary.
Knowledge Graph
Knowledge Graph is included with Business Standard and Business Max and is off by default. An organization owner or admin can open Org settings and enable it under Extensions. If the organization is not on an eligible plan, Dokki rejects the change and shows the required upgrade.
Organization membership does not grant access to every workspace or resource. Knowledge Graph, Search, Copilot, and connected clients only return evidence the current caller can access. See Knowledge Graph for the full setup and status guide.
Good practice
When the plan includes governance, begin with the smallest model allowlist that supports the work. Review usage before changing organization limits or assigning stronger member licenses.
