Organization pricing is managed from organization billing settings. The billing screen and Stripe checkout are authoritative for exact price, renewal state, cancellation timing, and availability.
What organization billing covers
Organization billing covers the organization account context: members, organization workspaces, Business plan or Enterprise contract, member capacity, governance capabilities, and optional Extra Usage. It is designed for company-level administration rather than for a single workspace.
Per-member subscription
Dokki offers the self-serve organization plans Business Starter, Business Standard, and Business Max. They are billed per member. Checkout and the billing page show the current price, billing interval, renewal state, and any scheduled plan change.
An organization uses one Business tier for its licensed members. After membership or license capacity changes, Dokki reconciles the managed subscription quantity without treating unrelated Stripe add-ons as seats.
Plan capabilities
Business Starter includes member AI usage and organization MCP access.
Business Standard adds Knowledge Graph, model governance, usage controls, Sites, AI Pro Models, and higher Agent Loop and usage allowances.
Business Max adds AI Max Models and higher Agent Loop, MCP, and usage allowances.
Enterprise contract is arranged through sales and can include SAML SSO, SCIM, and audit capabilities. These are not unlocked by a self-serve Business plan alone.
The plan comparison inside organization settings is authoritative for the currently offered limits and capabilities.
Credits
Eligible organizations can add an Extra Usage balance after included usage is consumed. Available recharge amounts and their price are shown at purchase time; do not use an older documentation example as a checkout quote.
Limits and controls
Business Standard, Business Max, and eligible Enterprise contracts can provide organization model governance and usage controls. The limits shown in organization settings apply above workspace usage and help prevent unexpected spend.
Who can manage billing
Billing and plan controls are available only to organization roles authorized by the current settings screen. Members without financial-data access should use the plan and license information shown on their own account surfaces or ask an organization administrator.
Pricing source of truth
The organization seat price is read live from Stripe. If the price is not configured or Stripe is unavailable, the app may hide the amount and still show member count and plan state. Treat the billing screen, Stripe checkout, and plan-specific notices shown in the app as authoritative.
