Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first upgrade from Free to Pro starts with a 14-day trial. You add a card at checkout and can cancel before the trial ends.

How do AI credits work?

Everything the AI does spends credits from your plan's monthly allowance, at the rate of the model it uses. So one busy day can't use up a month, at most 20% of the allowance goes in a day and 60% in a week. Unused credits don't roll over.

What does Free include?

Free has no monthly allowance. You claim free credits each day instead, currently 300 a claim, and each claim stays spendable for 7 days.

What happens when I run out?

On Pro and Max you can turn on extra usage and keep going with credits you buy, with a cap you set. Otherwise the allowance refills as the day, week and month roll over.

Which models come with each plan?

Free and Business Starter use fast models such as DeepSeek V4 Flash. Pro and Business Standard add balanced models such as DeepSeek V4 Pro and GPT-5.6 Luna. Max and Business Max add frontier models such as Claude Opus 5, GPT-5.6 Terra and Gemini 3.1 Pro. Auto picks a model for each turn from the ones your plan includes.

Should I choose an individual or a team plan?

Individual plans cover one person's own work. Team plans are billed per member, give each member their own monthly allowance, and add company controls: from Business Standard, Atlas, a model allowlist, member usage limits and published sites.

Can I pay yearly?

Team plans can be paid yearly for 17–20% less than monthly. Individual plans are billed monthly.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from inside the app; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Is our data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

In an organization, only zero-data-retention models are allowed by default: their providers keep nothing and never train on your prompts. Admins can see and change this in organization settings.

What does Enterprise add?

An enterprise contract sets seats, AI usage and models to fit your company and is paid by invoice. It adds SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning and review of members' AI conversations, which we set up with you, and Dokki can run on your own servers under a licence.
