One calendar for every channel.
The Content Calendar template tracks each piece from idea to published, across blog, newsletter, social and WeChat, with a brand voice guide and a brief template beside it.

This workspace plans every piece of content on one table: what goes out, where, when, and who owns it.
How it works
•Content holds one row per piece: a blog post, a newsletter, a video, a social post. Status runs Idea, Drafting, In review, Scheduled, Published.
•Open Content and switch to Calendar to see what goes out by publish date, or to Kanban to see it by status.
•Link points to where the piece lives: its draft document while it is being written, the live URL once it is out.
•Brand voice is how we sound. Both agents follow it, and so should everyone who writes.
•Drafts go in the Drafts folder. Start each long piece from the Content brief template.
Every week
Move each piece to its real status and fix publish dates that slipped.
Check Visuals needed: anything scheduled in the next two weeks without its visuals is at risk.
Ask the Content Repurposer to turn what you published this week into posts for your other channels.
Ask the Brand Voice Editor to edit each draft before it moves to In review.
The two agents
•Content Repurposer turns one published piece into a draft for each channel and adds them as Drafting rows under the same campaign.
•Brand Voice Editor edits a draft to match Brand voice and tells you what it changed and why.
•Neither agent publishes or posts anything. You do.
Idea to published
Every piece moves through the same five stages on the Kanban, with its channels, owner and date.
Your voice, written down
A brand voice page the Brand Voice Editor checks every draft against.
Briefs before drafts
A content brief template, so writers and agents start from the same page.
One piece in, many posts out.
The Content Repurposer turns a published piece into posts for each channel, the Brand Voice Editor keeps them sounding like you, and Competitor Watch logs what your competitors did, with a source for every line.
Content Repurposer
Content repurposing
Reads a published piece and the Brand voice guide, drafts a post for each channel, and adds each draft to Content as a Drafting row.
Brand Voice Editor
Brand editor
Reads the Brand voice guide and a draft, writes an edited version beside the original, and explains each change in a change note.
Campaign Analyst
Campaign analyst
Reads Campaign requests and Campaigns, flags incomplete briefs, and writes budget, progress and what ends soon into the weekly Campaign report.
RSVP Manager
RSVP manager
Reads Events and Guests, keeps Registered in step with the guest list, flags capacity, drafts reminders, and writes each post-event recap.
Briefed for this workspace
Each agent arrives knowing which tables and pages it works in, and what done looks like. Change its instructions whenever you like.
When you ask, or on a schedule
Ask it in chat, @-mention it in a doc, or give it a schedule. Nothing runs until you do.
You make the calls
Its instructions have it draft anything that leaves Dokki for you to send, and deleting always waits for your approval.
