Sales
A pipeline you can trust on Monday.
The CRM sales teams start with, rebuilt in Dokki, with agents that research every lead, keep the forecast honest and prepare you before each call.
Every deal, one stage at a time.
The Sales CRM template tracks deals from lead to won with value, probability and next step, and keeps your contacts and a playbook with each stage's exit criteria beside them.

This workspace runs your pipeline on two tables and one weekly habit: keep the deals you touched up to date, then let the Pipeline Reviewer do the math and tell you who to chase.
How it works
•Deals holds one row per opportunity: stage, value, probability, expected close, owner, last contact and next step.
•Contacts holds the people behind them: leads, customers, partners and vendors. Leads get a fit score from the Lead Qualifier.
•Open Deals and switch to Kanban to see the pipeline by stage, or to Calendar to see it by expected close date.
•Forecast is not a formula. Each time the Pipeline Reviewer runs, it writes Value × Probability ÷ 100 into it, so a number typed there by hand is replaced at the next review.
•Sales playbook defines each stage and your ideal customer. Both agents read it, so keep it current.
Every week
After each call, update the deal's Stage, Last contact and Next step.
Ask the Lead Qualifier to score the new leads in Contacts.
Ask the Pipeline Reviewer for the weekly review, then read Pipeline review.
Send the nudges you agree with. The agents draft them; you send them.
A new account
Duplicate the Account notes template for the company, and take the Discovery call guide into the first call.
Stages with exit criteria
The playbook says what has to be true before a deal moves on.
A forecast worked out
The Pipeline Reviewer works out value × probability for every deal each time it reviews the pipeline.
Leads scored with sources
The Lead Qualifier researches each company and scores its fit, citing where every fact came from.
Agents that do the homework.
The Lead Qualifier researches new leads, the Pipeline Reviewer finds deals going quiet and drafts the nudge, and Call Prep writes a brief before every meeting. None of them moves a deal to another stage: that stays with the rep.
Lead Qualifier
Lead qualifier
Researches each new lead's company on the web, scores its fit against the ideal customer in the Sales playbook, and writes the score with a one-line rationale.
Pipeline Reviewer
Pipeline reviewer
Reads Deals each week, writes the forecast, flags stale and past-due deals, and drafts a nudge for each owner to send.
Call Prep
Call preparation
Reads Call briefs, researches each account in the workspace and on the web, writes a one-page brief, and turns call notes into next steps.
Briefed for this workspace
Each agent arrives knowing which tables and pages it works in, and what done looks like. Change its instructions whenever you like.
When you ask, or on a schedule
Ask it in chat, @-mention it in a doc, or give it a schedule. Nothing runs until you do.
You make the calls
Its instructions have it draft anything that leaves Dokki for you to send, and deleting always waits for your approval.
