HR
Hire well. Welcome people properly.
The hiring pipeline and onboarding checklist HR teams use most, rebuilt in Dokki, with agents that prepare interviews, screen against the role's stated criteria and answer a new hire's questions from your handbook.
One pipeline for every role.
The Hiring Pipeline template tracks candidates from application to offer, with open roles and their must-haves, a job description template and an interview scorecard.

This workspace runs hiring on two tables and one rule: people decide, agents do the paperwork.
Keep it private
Candidate information is personal. Invite only the people who hire into this workspace, and never share candidate pages by link.
How it works
•Open roles holds one row per role: its hiring manager and the must-haves every candidate is judged against.
•Candidates holds one row per applicant. The Role column names the role they applied for.
•Open Candidates and switch to Kanban to see everyone grouped by stage.
•The Screen column is the first gate: the hiring manager sets it to Go or No go.
Every week
Screen new applicants within five working days.
Give every candidate in Interview a next step with a date.
Ask the Recruiting Coordinator for a pipeline check and fix what it finds.
Send the decline emails for everyone moved to Rejected.
Opening a new role
Duplicate the Job description template and write the must-haves first. Add the role to Open roles with the same must-haves, then ask the Recruiting Coordinator for the interview kit before the first interview.
Adding a candidate
Add a row to Candidates, duplicate the Candidate notes template for their notes, and paste their application into it. Ask the Candidate Screener for a summary; the hiring manager then sets Screen.
Clear stages
Applied, screen, interview, offer: every candidate on the Kanban, with a go or no-go at the screen.
Criteria first
Each role lists its must-haves, and candidates are measured against them, not against a hunch.
People decide
Agents summarize and prepare. Every hiring decision is made by a person.
Agents prepare. People decide.
The Candidate Screener summarizes each application against the role's must-haves, the Recruiting Coordinator writes interview kits and debriefs, and the Onboarding Buddy answers new hires from your handbook, citing the page.
Candidate Screener
Recruiting screener
Reads an application against the role's must-haves and writes an evidence-based summary with a suggested screen result; the hiring manager decides.
Recruiting Coordinator
Recruiting coordinator
Reads roles, job descriptions and interview notes; writes interview kits and debriefs, and drafts candidate emails for a person to send.
Onboarding Buddy
Onboarding guide
Answers new hires' questions from the handbook and welcome guide with the source page, and builds each new hire's checklist from the standard list.
Briefed for this workspace
Each agent arrives knowing which tables and pages it works in, and what done looks like. Change its instructions whenever you like.
When you ask, or on a schedule
Ask it in chat, @-mention it in a doc, or give it a schedule. Nothing runs until you do.
You make the calls
Its instructions have it draft anything that leaves Dokki for you to send, and deleting always waits for your approval.
