Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dokki ("Dokki", "we", "us"), including the Dokki application at dokki.one, hosted MCP servers, plugins, connectors, and related services.

Using Dokki

You are responsible for your account, workspace content, connected clients, and the actions you authorize through Dokki. You must use Dokki only in compliance with applicable law and with rights to the content you upload, edit, publish, or share.

Connected clients and MCP access

Dokki can connect to MCP-compatible clients, including Codex and ChatGPT, using OAuth, API keys, or workspace-scoped connector tokens. These clients can access or modify your Dokki workspaces according to the permissions and scopes you grant. You can revoke connected access from Dokki account settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of your workspace content. By using Dokki, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, display, publish, and transmit that content so we can provide the service and perform actions you request.

Publishing and sharing

Dokki includes tools for sharing resources, publishing sites, and configuring custom domains. You are responsible for content you make public and for ensuring you have permission to publish it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Dokki, attempt to bypass security or access controls, interfere with the service, or use Dokki to store, publish, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dokki as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users or core workflows.

Disclaimers

Dokki is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated AI outputs will be accurate for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dokki will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
