Version 1.0. This Guide explains how AI usage on the Dokki Platform is measured in Credits. It applies to every Dokki order that refers to it. Dokki gives at least 30 days' notice before any change to the rates below, and a change never applies to usage already incurred.
1. What a Credit is
A Credit is the unit Dokki uses to measure AI usage. Only AI processing consumes Credits. Browsing, editing, sharing and other non-AI features do not.
2. Rates by model tier
Each AI model call is charged by the amount of text processed, measured in tokens, at the rate of the model tier used.

- Cached input — input the model reuses from a recent call is charged at 10% of the input rate. Input written to the cache is charged at 125% of the input rate.
- Rounding — each call is rounded up to a whole Credit, with a minimum of 1 Credit per call.
- Discounts — some models carry a discount, so their charge may be lower than the tier rate. It is never higher.
- Auto — when Auto is selected, each call is charged at the tier of the model actually used.
3. Agents
An Agent run is charged per step. Each model call the Agent makes is charged as above.
4. MCP calls
Each Advanced user includes 5,000 MCP calls per calendar month, and each Core user includes 2,000. Beyond that, each MCP call consumes 1 Credit from enterprise Credits, in addition to any AI processing it triggers.

6. Order of consumption
A user's personal monthly Credits are used first. Enterprise Credits allocated by administrators are used next, starting with those that expire earliest.
7. Daily and weekly limits
A user's personal monthly Credits can be used up to 50% in a single day and 80% in a single week. For an Advanced user (8,000 Credits a month) that is 4,000 a day and 6,400 a week; for a Core user (2,000 a month), 1,000 a day and 1,600 a week. Days and weeks are counted in UTC: a day starts at 08:00 Singapore time, and a week starts on Monday at 08:00 Singapore time. When a user reaches a daily or weekly limit, further usage draws on enterprise Credits allocated by administrators; if none are available, AI features pause until the next day or week begins.
8. When Credits run out
AI features pause until an administrator allocates enterprise Credits or purchases a top-up. Nothing is charged automatically.
9. Visibility and questions
Administrators can see each user's consumption and remaining balance at any time. Questions about a monthly usage statement should be raised within 30 days at legal@dokki.one.
