Dokki brings documents, tables, files, interactive artifacts, AI conversations, and team collaboration into one workspace. It is designed for work that changes over time and needs shared context, clear ownership, and an easy path from idea to published result.
Keep the work and its context together
A plan can link to its research, source files, decision table, and interactive dashboard. References and Referenced by links help people move between related resources without maintaining a separate link inventory.
Ask AI to work from real workspace context
The built-in Dokki Agent and Copilot can work with the resources you can access. You can start from a document, table, file, or conversation, so the answer stays connected to the material your team is already using.
Reuse work that already succeeds
Workspace templates and Artifact templates turn a useful structure into a repeatable starting point. Each new copy is independent, so teams can adapt it without changing the original.
Share the right result
Keep work private while it is being prepared, collaborate with workspace members, or publish selected resources as a public site. Updating the private source does not silently change the public copy; you choose when to publish the next version.
Example: take a launch from research to a public brief
Collect interviews, files, and source notes in one workspace.
Use a table to compare findings and a document to record the decision.
Ask Dokki Agent to summarize open questions from those resources.
Create an Artifact for the final visual explanation.
Publish only the approved brief and Artifact when they are ready.
Dokki is most useful when a team needs both a flexible place to create and a dependable way to keep related knowledge, people, AI work, and published outcomes connected.
