This page is an index. Find the job you need to finish, then open the page that walks you through it. Each path is deliberately short: you should not have to read the whole library to do one thing.
Move content in from another tool
Use this path when the material already exists somewhere else and you need it inside Dokki without rebuilding it by hand.
Migrate from Feishu and Lark — for Feishu or Lark docs and wikis. The page also says what does not come across, so read that part before you start.
Migrate from Notion — for Notion pages and databases.
Migrate from Confluence — for Confluence spaces and page trees.
Migrate from Google Drive — for files that already live in Drive, whether you keep them connected or copy them in.
Import and Export — the file formats you can bring in, and what you get back out.
Publish work for people outside the workspace
Use this path when someone without a Dokki account needs to read what you made.
Publish — turn one document, table, or artifact into a page with its own address.
Public Sites — group published pages under one site and decide what appears in it.
Custom Domains — serve a site from your own domain instead of a dokki.one address.
Translations — publish the same page in more than one language.
Give people the right access
Use this path when the question is who can see or change something, not how to edit it.
Org Members & Roles — organization-level roles: who can invite people, change billing, or manage settings.
Members & Roles — who belongs to a workspace and what each role can do there.
Sharing & Public Access — share one resource, and control what a link lets a visitor do.
Private Documents — keep one document to yourself while the workspace stays shared.
Hand recurring work to an Agent
Use this path when the same job comes back every week and you want it handled without starting it yourself each time.
Agents — what an Agent can do inside a workspace, and what it needs from you.
Install and Customize — install an Agent and write the instructions it follows.
Runs and Schedules — decide when an Agent runs, and read what happened in a run.
Memory, Skills and Connections — what an Agent remembers between runs, and what it is allowed to reach.
Tools and Capabilities — give an Agent access to an app or tool it does not have yet.
If your job is not on this page
FAQ collects the questions that come up in the first weeks. Release Notes says what changed and when, so you can tell whether a page is still current.
