What you get

  • 1 folder
  • 3 documents
  • 4 tables
  • 1 artifact
  • 3 agents
A finished WebGL globe for Kestrel Logistics, drawn from four tables: Hubs with coordinates and capacity, Lanes with mode, daily volume and target against actual transit, Daily volume by mode, and Delays with cause, hours late and what is being done. Replace the sample rows and the globe redraws your own network. The Data Analyst cleans shipment exports into those tables; the Network Operations Analyst sets each lane's status from transit time and logs delays; the Visualization Engineer looks after the page. Metric definitions and a weekly review template keep everyone counting the same way.

First thing to try· About 15 minutes

Put our shipping data on a live globe and flag the lanes that are running late

Upload a shipment export (origin, destination, mode, pickup and delivery dates), then ask the Data Analyst: “Put our shipping data on the globe.” When it is done, ask the Network Operations Analyst: “Flag the lanes that are running late.”

You will know it worked when

Hubs and Lanes hold your own network, Network globe draws it without the sample badge, and every lane past its target transit time is marked Delayed or At risk with a row in Delays.
