Projects & Tasks

Every project, its tasks and its health on one board, with a coordinator agent that writes the weekly status.

Creates a new workspace for you.

v1 · Published Sep 26, 2026

What you get

  • 1 folder
  • 3 documents
  • 2 tables
  • 1 agent
The project tracker teams start with: a Projects table with owner, timeline, priority and health; a Tasks table with status and due dates; a one-page brief for kicking a project off; and a weekly status page. The Project Coordinator agent reads both tables, flags what is blocked or overdue, and drafts the week's status for you to send.

First thing to try· About 10 minutes

Replace the sample projects with one real project

Add your project to Projects, list three tasks for it in Tasks, then ask the Project Coordinator: “What needs my attention this week?”

You will know it worked when

The coordinator names your blocked or overdue tasks and drafts a status you would send.
