Inventory

Every item's stock, and every movement in and out, with an agent that keeps the counts and lists what to reorder.

Creates a new workspace for you.

What you get

  • 2 documents
  • 2 tables
  • 1 agent
A Stock table with each item's category, location, unit cost, safety stock and stock on hand, and a Stock movements table for every item that comes in or goes out. Dokki tables have no formulas, so the Stock Keeper does the counting: it works out stock on hand from the movements, marks items that are low or out, warns when an outbound would take stock below zero, and keeps a reorder list for whoever buys.

First thing to try· About 5 minutes

Log a movement and recount

Add one real item to Stock and one movement for it, then ask the Stock Keeper: “Update stock and tell me what to reorder.”

You will know it worked when

On hand and Status are right for every item, and the reorder list names what is below safety stock.
