A Shot list with each shot's number, duration, picture, on-screen text, sound, motion and status; an Asset tracker for renders, music, voice-over and type; and a Delivery matrix of versions, sizes and channels. The Storyboard page plays the shot list as an animated film in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, and the Halo launch film video project has a key frame and a clip for every shot, ready to generate. The Creative Director writes the concept and script, the Copywriter writes every line from a sourced Product spec, the Motion Designer builds the shots on the canvas, and the Producer tracks assets and deliveries against the Release plan.

First thing to try· About 20 minutes

Make an 8-second launch film from my product spec, in three sizes

Put your product's claims into Product spec, each with its source, then ask the Creative Director: “Make an 8-second launch film from my product spec, in three sizes.”

You will know it worked when

Shot list has shots that add up to 8 seconds, every number on screen traces to a sourced line in Product spec, Storyboard plays the film in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, and Delivery matrix lists the 8 s master in all three sizes.
