A complete studio for one mobile app, filled in with Sona, a music app. A clickable prototype of the five core screens in phone frames, with tab navigation, a sliding player and an overview strip, that reads each screen's name, design status and notes from the Screen list and its open bugs from Bugs; a design system with DESIGN.md and a full token set the prototype is drawn with; a PRD, user flows and a store launch checklist for the App Store and Google Play; and boards for the feature roadmap, screens, bugs and the release plan. The Product Manager writes the PRD and keeps the plan honest; the Product Designer designs screens and builds prototypes; the Mobile Engineer plans the build in Expo; the QA Tester logs and verifies bugs and checks the store checklist.

First thing to try· About 20 minutes

Design the 5 core screens of my app and turn them into a clickable prototype

Tell the Product Designer in a few sentences what your app does, who it is for and what someone should do in their first minute. Then ask: “Design the 5 core screens of my app and turn them into a clickable prototype.”

You will know it worked when

The Screen list has five rows for your app's screens with notes, set to In review; the design system's tokens carry your colours; and a new prototype page opens with five phone screens you can tap between.
