An Objectives table with owner, quarter, status and progress, and a Key results table with a start, target and current value for each. Dokki tables have no formulas, so the Goal Manager agent does the arithmetic: it works out each key result's progress, rolls it up to its objective, marks what is falling behind the quarter, and writes the weekly check-in for the team to read.

Run the first check-in

Update one Current value in Key results, then ask the Goal Manager: “Run this week's check-in.”

You will know it worked when

Progress is filled in for every key result and objective, and the check-in names what is behind.
