Revenue Analytics

ARR you can explain: a bridge that adds up, retention by cohort, a forecast with a range, and a board update drafted from the same numbers.

A finished Revenue report that reads five tables: Subscriptions (ARR by customer and month), ARR movements (new, expansion, contraction, churn), Plan & forecast (plan, actual, and a low, base and high forecast), Cohorts and Pipeline. It draws ARR against plan with the forecast range, the ARR bridge, a cohort retention heatmap, NRR and GRR, and writes an insight from the numbers. A metric dictionary defines ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback and burn multiple. The Finance Analyst loads your data from Stripe or a CSV and builds the bridge and cohorts; Revenue Operations keeps the pipeline honest; FP&A owns the forecast; the Board Writer drafts the board update.

First thing to tryยท About 20 minutes

Build the ARR bridge from your billing data

Connect Stripe, or upload a CSV export of your subscriptions, then ask the Finance Analyst: โ€œLoad my subscriptions, build the ARR bridge and cohort retention, and write this month's business review.โ€

You will know it worked when

Subscriptions holds your customers, the bridge on Revenue report says it adds up to your actual ARR, Cohorts is filled in, and a new monthly business review quotes those numbers.
