Customer Onboarding

Every new customer from kickoff to go-live on one board, with an onboarding agent that finds what blocks go-live and drafts the next email.

Creates a new workspace for you.

What you get

  • 1 folder
  • 4 documents
  • 2 tables
  • 1 agent
The onboarding tracker customer success teams start with: a Customers table with stage, package, contract value, onboarding dates, CSM, health and go-live date; an Onboarding steps table by phase; a standard playbook in Start here; a kickoff agenda, a success plan and a handoff checklist. The Onboarding Manager adds each new customer's standard steps, sets health from overdue steps, lists what blocks go-live, and drafts next-step emails for the CSM to review and send.

Set up onboarding for one real customer

Add a customer you are onboarding to Customers with their package, onboarding dates and CSM, then ask the Onboarding Manager: “Set up the onboarding steps for our newest customer.”

You will know it worked when

The customer has its standard steps with due dates, and the Calendar shows what is due this week.
