Creates a new workspace for you.

What you get

  • 1 folder
  • 8 documents
  • 1 table
  • 2 agents
The service desk support teams start with: a Tickets table with status, priority, type, channel, sentiment and a one-line summary; a Help center of short articles, including Known issues; reply snippets; and an escalation policy with response-time goals per priority. The Ticket Triager summarizes and sorts new tickets, flags likely duplicates and drafts replies from the help center for you to review and send. Support Insights writes the weekly report: the top themes in customers' own words, and the questions your articles do not answer yet.

First thing to try· About 10 minutes

Triage one real ticket

Add a real customer message to Tickets as a New ticket, then ask the Ticket Triager: “Triage the new tickets and draft replies.”

You will know it worked when

The ticket has a summary, type, sentiment and priority, and the draft reply is one you would send.
