Move Notion pages and databases into a Dokki workspace.

What does not come across
Most of a Notion page survives the move. Links keep their targets, emphasis stays emphasis, and tables arrive as tables. What is left behind is structure Markdown has no equivalent for, plus the things no source carries across:

Notion asks which pages to grant access to when you connect. Anything left unselected there cannot be imported at all — that is the most common reason a page appears to be missing.
In practice: prose, headings, lists, tables, and reference-heavy pages all move well. Plan cleanup time for pages built out of toggles and columns, and for databases you drive through several views.
Import from Notion
The pages land wherever you start from, so begin at the folder you want them in.
In the sidebar, point at the folder you want the pages to land in and select the + beside it. To import into the top level of the workspace, use the + at the top of the sidebar instead.
Choose Import….
Under Source, choose Notion, then connect your Notion account or pick a connection someone has already set up. Notion asks which pages to grant access to — anything you do not select there cannot be imported. Connections are added and reconnected under Manage sources.
Under What to bring in, choose the pages or databases you want.
Under After importing, choose Copy once — that is what a migration wants.
The bottom of the dialog shows where the content will land. Check it, then select Import.
Try one page first
Import one page that uses your most demanding formatting — a toggle-heavy page, or a database you read through several views — and open it beside the original. Those are where the differences live now, and one comparison tells you how much cleanup the rest of the migration needs.
Who can do this
You need permission to edit the destination Dokki workspace, and a Notion account with access to the pages. Workspace admins manage shared connections; other members can import when their workspace role allows it.
If something fails
Check that the page was included when you granted Notion access. Pages outside the granted set fail with a permission error.
Reconnect the Notion account if authorization has expired.
Open a failed item's error details before retrying.
Files larger than 50 MB are skipped.
