What agents can do
Agents can answer in chat, read allowed workspace context, create or update resources, search, use MCP tools, use connected apps, flag resources for attention, and run on a schedule.
Workspace boundaries
Agents belong to a workspace. They inherit that workspace's permission model, organization model controls, and available connections. An agent should not be treated as a global account bot unless it is installed and configured in each relevant workspace.
